The 57 mm flange is designed for use with compatible Hollister New Image™ pouches. The two-piece system allows the pouch to be changed separately from the skin barrier, providing convenience and flexibility for everyday ostomy management.

How to Use

Begin by gently removing the existing ostomy appliance. Clean the skin around the stoma with warm water and allow it to dry completely. Avoid oily creams, lotions, or other products that may interfere with adhesion.

Measure the stoma and select the appropriate opening size according to the product's sizing instructions. Remove the protective backing from the skin barrier and carefully position the opening over the stoma.

Gently press the barrier onto the clean, dry skin, starting around the stoma and working outward. Smooth the barrier and tape border with your fingers to encourage good contact with the skin and help create a secure seal.

Attach a compatible Hollister New Image™ pouch to the 57 mm flange according to the manufacturer's instructions. Check the connection carefully to make sure the pouch is securely attached before use.

During wear, regularly inspect the barrier and surrounding skin for leakage, lifting, redness, irritation, or discomfort. If persistent leakage or skin irritation occurs, consult an ostomy nurse or healthcare professional.
