Hartmann Atrauman® Silicone Dressing 20cm x 30cm is a sterile, non-adherent wound contact dressing designed to provide gentle wound protection while supporting atraumatic dressing changes. Its soft silicone contact layer is designed to minimise adhesion to the wound bed while allowing wound exudate to pass through to a secondary absorbent dressing.

The silicone contact layer helps the dressing conform gently to the wound surface and surrounding skin. This makes it suitable for use where gentle dressing removal and protection of delicate wound tissue are important considerations.

The 20cm x 30cm format provides broad wound coverage and can be used with suitable secondary dressings according to the wound's exudate level and clinical requirements.

Atrauman® Silicone is a soft and permeable wound contact layer made of a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) mesh as a carrier material which is coated on both sides with (polydimethylsiloxane-based) silicone gel.
